All orders and product details are tracked in our database.  Any confirmed missing items will be placed in the next order.  Disputes are up to the discretion of the customer service representative at that time. 

If you wish to add to or edit your order, please create a new order and email us to cancel your original order.  If you want to cancel your order, email us your name and order number. 

Simple, all you do is email/text your name/delivery address along with proof that you are 19+

For every dollar you spend, you will earn 1 point.  Every 100 points earned, you will earn $1 of store credit that you can spend anywhere in our store!

We pride ourselves on being responsible and discrete with your package.  All orders are vac sealed, put into a padded envelope and/or box.  There is no smell, and no indication of the products inside to maintain your privacy

For same-day orders, please allow between 1 to 3 hours for the driver to arrive.  Arrival times are based on traffic, weather conditions and/or pending orders.  For orders outside the same-day delivery zones, we ship orders through "Xpress-Post 2-3 day delivery".  Tracking numbers will be emailed to you along with your confirmation email. 

For same day delivery, we charge $10 on all orders under $120.  For orders outside same-day delivery zones, we charge a flat fee of $20 shipping on all orders under $200.  Spend $200+ and receive free shipping Canada Wide!

While there is no maximum or minimum order, we suggest you order at least $35 to make it worth your while.
