I’ve placed my order and sent my E-Transfer, what now?
Interac E-Transfers can take up to 40 minutes to be deposited. For same-day orders, you will receive a call or text from us confirming your order as well as ETA for delivery times. Please have your phone ready for when the driver contacts you. For orders outside the same-day zones, a confirmation email will be sent, along with a Canada Post tracking number once your order has been shipped.
What are your hours of operation?
Our site operates 24/7 however, our staff are in the office from 11:00am-11:00pm EST. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the next morning when we resume operations at 11:00am.
Which payment methods are accepted on Canna Express?
